Doom
When Trees stopped whispering,
standing stark naked, their skeletal remains foreboded something ominous;
When the eternal glow of Sun died out, plunging Earth into sinister darkness;
When the immaculate beauty of Moon waned out, crushing mortal dreams and hopes into shards;
When demons crawled out of their hideouts, burning sacred hymns of Forest into ashes;
When Sky turned black, everything under its roof was blanketed in utter chaos;
When Ocean spearheaded destruction, devouring all things different for its ravenous appetite;
When Mountains lost their purity, adulteration in the soil coursed through their veins, crippling their enchanting wisdom from inside;
When Wind suffered shortness of breath, suffocation gnawing at its throat;
When Winged Creatures could no longer take flight, falling to death one after the other;
When Animals became greedy, weaponising their bestial instincts for their own destruction;
When Humans abandoned sanity, seeking refuge in a world of shame and apathy;
When the Last Word in use stopped making any sense - a curse that mocked
the futility of existence;
When death did not hurt, for the soul fleeing the body was a blessing in disguise;
When birth of new life was mourned, for it was seen as a fresh commodity in the slaughter house;
